Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Food or perishable items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
